Emily, I'd love to wait for you but I will probably have to go to Fright Fest on Friday because I have to get up and drive back to Chucktown, USA early Sunday morning for meetings and whatnot.
It's busy for me too! So I hear ya. I know you have a lot more there going on, but classes, the DEN and ASA are pretty much ruling my life.
I'd come back but it's my only free weekend, as I said. Maybe Saturday we can go to a haunted house or something after u get done with stuff. That way I get to do both, and we can hang out- because haunted houses don't take as long and don't wear you out as much as Fright Fest.
The Sig Eps at SIUE must be NOTHING like they were when I was there. I was pretty sure they were the biggest douches ever. But I'm glad you had fun, maybe we should have a mixer like that. I'll bring that shit up.
Glad everything's going well with Curtis. I, on the other hand, am probably about to lower my "almost not single and not realy wanting to be" status back down to "single and ready to mingle" here in a bit. It's just not working out. I can't make him happy because I'm probably not the one for him, although I am the type- I'm probably not the person. And when I can't make him happy I depress myself and feel inadequate so although the guy is one of the best guys ever- it's just not healthy right now for me. We were going to try and meet in Champaign for dinner but he has to work late now and I have sorority shit. I guess we'll try it later in the week.
As for this weekend---- which begins- oh NOW. I'm writing stories, doing a community service walk at 7 p.m., pomping the float from 8 to 10 p.m., meeting the girl's at madHatter's for a drink, and calling it a night. Tomorrow I have a meeting at noon with photo, then the FALL 2005 DEN BAR CRAWL from 4 p.m. to whenever I feel like passing out. Saturday is pomping from 2 p.m. to whenever, then either a live band on 11th Street or a FREE haunted house (if I miss one it'll be the band), prefereably I'll go to both. Sunday I have a training session for editors at 5:30 p.m. and formal chapter at 7 p.m.
A semi-relaxing weekend. YESSSSSSSSS.... okay, gtg.
