Depressing story

Today I am finishing up a story I worked on all day yesterday on how teenagers mourn a tragic loss. I remember how people were when Tony Haun died, so that gave me a little insight, although I can't use personal opinion.

The story is about a 17 year old who was hit by a drunken driver on his 17th birthday two months ago. Some people visited his grave on the 2 mo. anniversary yesterday and I went out there, and then talked to his mom for about an hour. It pretty much put me in a depressed state of mind the rest of the day.

It's 11 o'clock and I'm waiting to hear back from one of the deceased's friends.

On a lighter note, I'm pretty much bored out of my mind here, so I've taken it upon myself to work out. You know me, I don't do much, but I work on a cardio bike for about 40 minutes and do a walking lap or so. Then I ride out. I figure I might even become more fit! Especially because I have been making it a habit to hit McDonald's up for their- GET THIS- fruit and walnut salads, and or the side salad or the fruit and walnut parfait from the $1 menu!! They're actually pretty good. I don't have much time to eat much here anyway, and I'm not usually very hungry anymore.

I hit the public pool the other day and got nothing but disappointment, when I learned it was more of a family place, PACKED with kids. Then I slipped in too close to the side and got a fatty arbuckle bruise on my left thigh. Kinda reminds me of the football shaped on I had in high school, Diane.

Thomas, I will write you about this guy. I will have to send you the essay I wrote for my creative writing class on him. The name was changed but I changed it back for my personal record (It was Jason because I had to read it in class, but the real name is Dan). In case I left some unchanged, it's the same person.

I will also fill you in on the rest, because the essay leaves some things out. But it will get you about 5 pages of something to read, and I am quite personally proud of it, so you might find it enjoyable even.

What's new with you anyway? and where are you working in a cubicle all day?? How's Beth and all that business?

I'm gonna slip away now, TTYL.
